The aim of this skin is to provide a valid, well structured XHTML/CSS skin for those of us who develop CubeCart skins. It's deliberately bare looking and "unfinished" because the aim is for you to be able to use the updated XHTML as a basis for building and customising your own skins.

I have tried to strip out any unnecessary XHTML from the templates which improves structure and will have a positive effect on SEO and where applicable, re-written large parts of it to make it better as the CubeCart standard is not great and uses tables for layout in many places such as forms when it's not necessary - these have been replaced with labels and divs for example.

The style.css file does contain some very basic positioning and formatting styles but these are purely for your convenience and you can play with them as you see fit.

This skin is provided free of charge and with no official support as it is assumed you know what you're doing! It's just a quick start skin so you have some decent markup to work with!
